At Homecare Medical Shop, we strive to ensure you receive the highest quality healthcare equipment and supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original, unopened packaging including all manuals and accessories; ensure the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Afford the package with the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the item back to our central distribution warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our medical safety team inspects the item for hygiene compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
